By using InkFleet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
InkFleet is an AI-powered content publishing platform operating on a credit-based system.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account security. Minimum age: 18.
4. Credits and Payment
Credits are required for article generation, purchased via LemonSqueezy. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits remain in your account.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all generated content. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing. InkFleet does not claim ownership.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not use InkFleet for illegal, harmful, or rights-violating content. We may suspend violating accounts.
7. Liability
Provided "as is." Not liable for AI content accuracy. Total liability limited to 12 months of payments.
